UCSI UNIVERSITY STUDENTS' HALL OF RESIDENCE 

This project explores and tackles the issues of student housing in UCSI University. The most important issue of all, is lacking proper student housing which it provides facilities for both academic and leisure purpose. With the diversity of students from everywhere in the Globe, creates the varieties of culture, and lifestyle. Through a concept of “Co | Exist”, which let all students to dwell together and learn from each other. In oder to realise the vision of co exist, the design emphasise on Flexibility, Active, and Dynamic to suit the vibrant lifestyle. Several programmes are introduced vertically and horizontally separated to form a multi-layered communal experience via spatial and visual interactions between users. With the site issue of being isolated at a hilly location, ground floor level has raised  to be commercial and public spaces such as communal hub, event spaces, and outdoor activities. A landscape pedestrian pathway is created a access and visual connection between the site and the surrounding.
